VIDEO SENSEI
Terms of Use
Draft updated: September 15, 2026
This draft describes intended use of Video Sensei for confirmation before formal publication. It does not yet identify a contracting entity, governing law or dispute process.
1. Learning purpose
Video Sensei provides transcript reading, AI-assisted understanding, saves and practice. Content is for learning and exploration, not professional medical, legal, financial or other advice. No exam result or learning mastery is guaranteed.
2. Accounts and reasonable use
Protect account credentials. Do not impersonate others, access their data, bypass access controls or request limits, or automate abuse that disrupts the service.
3. Your content and third-party rights
Ensure you have the right to import, save and process submitted content, and respect creators and platform rules. Videos, transcripts and other source material belong to their respective rights holders. Video Sensei is not an assertion of official affiliation with YouTube, Google or another video platform.
4. AI output and verification
Automatic transcripts, translations, outlines and feedback can be wrong or incomplete. Check them against the original. Generated output is not a guarantee of fact. Learning examples are distinguished from actual user records.
5. Availability and changes
The service depends on third-party players, transcript services, AI, authentication and hosting. Platform restrictions, quotas or outages can interrupt it. Current features have request limits. This draft does not establish paid subscriptions, refund rules or availability guarantees.
6. Terms awaiting confirmation
The operator must confirm the contracting entity, contact, eligibility, termination process and applicable mandatory rights. This draft does not waive statutory rights or establish undisclosed payment obligations. The privacy notice describes current data handling.
